My Backups are stored in "OneDrive\Apps\Graph". There was no folder hassio created during the setup.

Same here. I expected a directory name related to hass. So it's confusing to find the files on onedrive.

This is a bug in the Microsoft Graph API (which is used by this add-on to access OneDrive): OneDrive/onedrive-api-docs#1866

The same bug impacts the in-box HA OneDrive integration as well. It's called out in the documentation: https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/onedrive/
