Pricing page layout broken on smaller screens (plans overlap, no toggle/move option)

Current Behavior
On smaller screens, the pricing cards overlap/submerge into each other. Additionally, there is no button or toggle to move/navigate between the plans, making it impossible for users to properly view or select plans.

Desired Behavior
Pricing cards should resize or stack properly on smaller screens.
A toggle, scroll, or responsive layout should allow users to view all plans without overlap.
