Can't start Todo application

I tried the Todo application in the tutorial with pnpm v10 and got the following error.

With pnpm v10+, you need to allow the package manager to run the install scripts, like building the native dependencies using pnpm approve-builds. better-sqlite3 is such a dependency.

This tutorial needs to be updated to include this and also the install command is incorrect because it would use Tailwind CSS v4 instead of v3 used in this tutorial.
