Major refactor: Transform to multi-asset TradingView MCP Server

- Rename project from BackTestTradingViewMCP to TradingViewMCPServer
- Rename forex_mcp to tradingview_mcp for universal naming
- Add support for Stocks and Crypto in addition to Forex
- Add 10 new popular technical indicators (Fibonacci, Bollinger Bands, MACD, Moving Averages, ATR, Support/Resistance, Pivot Points, Stochastic, ADX, Ichimoku Cloud)
- Total of 21 trading tools available
- Remove all backtesting-related code
- Add MIT License
- Clean up documentation for GitHub release
- Update README with installation and usage instructions
