SDL3 multi monitor on macOS: problematic window placement after leaving fullscreen

I have a multimonitor setup, primary in the middle, one to the left and right.

Going fullscreen always choses the middle, primary screen (except one time). That's good.

However when I leave fullscreen, the window gets placed all over. Mostly to the left monitor but never fully on screen, always parts off screen, preferably in the lower left corner.

@DominusExult, has this happened to be fixed in the last 2+ years, or do you still need me to look into this?

I'm not sure. I don't have the 3-monitor setup anymore, only two. But I'll try if I can set one up and try again.
On the two monitors it seems to mostly work ok. Setting Exult to 5k fullscreen sometimes uses not the monitor Exult is on but exiting fullscreen then puts Exult on that monitor.
I have not found a pattern or reliable reproduction of this.

However, I think back then I added this (center position) to our display code to have Exult on a reliable position and it is no longer needed. Switching from fullscreen puts Exult back to the screen position it was before (except for the 5k fullscreen sometimes).

@icculus I've hooked up a third monitor again and it begins to get weird again.
The arrangement was extended display <- main display -> extended display.
Exult always started in the middle.

• Dragging it to the left display and then switching to fullscreen, made it go fullscreen on the main display.
• Switching back to windowed stayed on the main display.
• Now switching to fullscreen switched to the right display
• Switching back to windowed stayed on the right one.
• switching back and forth on the right display stayed on the right one.
  This happened all the time.

Edit: testing more with my two monitro setup, it seems to want to go full screen on the right screen. When Exult's window is left aligned on the main monitor it switches to fullscreen on main. Is it further to the right, it goes fullscreen on the right.
