keyboardMove/sanWriter throws exceptions on creation of study chapters

open the new chapter dialog, play around in the editor, create and delete a chapter or two. you will get a gift from sanWriter trying to play a chessground dest move on a piece that does not exist.

build assets with -d/--debug to get alerted otherwise keep an eye on permalog / #debug.
