text fuzzy on dark background

Hi, I found that text rendering seems gamma-incorrect, white glyph edges look too light/fuzzy on dark backgrounds while I compare with Skia.

I have also noticed this (on both light and dark backgrounds!). Having said that, Zed do have special emboldening logic for dark-on-light.

Is there a way to fix it, would the change huge if we need to fix.

There is a way to fix it: implementing the gamma correction. I believe it's a medium-complexity task.

See also #1578. The challenge of gamma correction is that's it's just not plausible to implement in sRGB on the GPU, if you're using the raster pipeline (which Vello Hybrid does).
