Enhancement: CLI must suggest version command when using --version flag #4332

Summary
Using --version flag is quite common among CLI apps.
When you type litestar --version it just says this:
» litestar --version
Usage: litestar [OPTIONS] COMMAND [ARGS]...

│ No such option: --version │
╰─────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────╯
And does not suggest version command, which would be awesome to have.
