[Windows] 6.1.0 Crashing Windows with Flutter 3.35.1 Stable

• OS: Windows 10/11
• Browser [e.g. chrome, safari] if issue is on web platform.

Describe the bug

Voice Recording on Windows app crashes the entire app and produces data loss.

Expected behavior

No crashes. It was perfectly fine in 6.0.0

Additional context

No errors, nothing. Pure, raw, crash. Happens everywhere, debug Mode, release mode, Microsoft Store.
Will add more info as I discover some more.

Rolled back to 6.0.0 and interface 1.3.0 and still crashing.
So it must be something else it seems... will check if this is a Flutter 3.35.1 problem.

The example also crashes on Windows

@llfbandit rolled it out and users saying no more crashes, phew!! I really wonder what was it in Flutter 3.35.1 that caused this.
