ignore_hosts isn't working #81

If the upstream proxy requires authentication ignore_hosts doesn't seem to do anything.

I've been testing using a free proxy from brightdata.com

./go-mitmproxy -addr 127.0.0.1:9080 -webaddr 127.0.0.1:9081 -ignore_hosts google.com -ssl_insecure -upstream http://brd-customer-X-zone-datacenter_proxy1:[email protected]:22225
