Reduce amount of instantiated receivers and processors using the routingprocessor #40
Description
The collection of Kubernetes objects and events is namespaced, and we are instantiating for each namespace multiple pipelines, receivers and processors. We should be able to reduce the amount of duplication (and hence the memory footprint of the telemetry-proxy) via the Routing processor.
