How can I add my own components to the project

I want to port lv_lib_split_jpg to lv_port_esp32 for creating some demos. However, I noticed that there is no registration rule for components in the CMakeLists file. After checking the commit history on GitHub, I found that the registration rule was modified in the commit 5d3a28e. How can I add my own components to the project?
