Plugin not working with recent certbot versions

The plugin "installs" fine via pip, but when attempting to run with certbot versions >= 3.0, it gives the following error:

The requested cerbot-dns-ispconfig:dns-ispconfig plugin does not appear to be installed

Unable to revert to older certbot versions on Ubuntu 22.04

Since this project seems unresponsive lately, and i got tired of waiting, i vibe coded (to save time) a new pypi package that supports Certbot v4.2 https://pypi.org/project/certbot-v4-dns-ispconfig/ Can be used with existing config/credentials.
And author, you are welcome to implement my patches if you want.
