Add possibility to create address attribute

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Similar to the dialog for adding a customer attribute I think it's equally useful to have the possibility to add properly address attributes to help with customizing the checkout process.

I'd like to see another item in this dialog

That allows me to add an Address Attribute easily

Describe alternatives you've considered

Currently we manually generate code for adding address attributes

Additional context

A common scenario is adding a few extra fields in the address like for accounting purposes additionally to vat id and company name required in some countries.
