Terminal Animations should start once in view. #594

For the Terminal animations, TypingAnimation and AnimatedSpan, the animations should start once the element is in view.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Add the Terminal component.
Add any of the predefined animation to the component.

Expected behavior
The Animation should play only once the terminal becomes visible.

Desktop:

OS: Mac OS 15.3.2 (24D81)
Browser: Chrome
Version: 134.0.6998.89 (Official Build) (arm64)
