What feature would you like to see?
Add a setting that would disable daily goals and perhaps whole display of daily calorie intake.
What problem does this feature solve?
I like to split habit making into smallest possible steps. This is makes it easier to make the habit stick. I currently don't have any daily goals.
Have you considered any alternatives?
Ignoring it. It's not a big issue but seeing a goal makes you want to pursue it. Especially when it's something new. This can result it mission creep and can make entrenching the logging habit harder.
Additional context
I think that the daily goals are best left enabled by default as many users might not even realize the feature exist otherwise. Alternatively a choice could be presented to the user in some kind of welcome wizard.
