Live editing the Theme Files

Possible idea for future feature:
- A theme tab in the admin that allows you to view, edit, create and save the files in the 'theme' folder

Technical Notes
- This should probably occur after #70
- Use nodes 'fs' module for filesystem management
- Possible issue with the fact that the server needs to be stop and re-started on .gob file changing.
