How do I cycle through suggestions?

I'd like to cycle through all files which start with a certain string with TAB. However when I hit TAB the first suggestion is selected. After reading docs I tried the following settings.

bindkey              '^I'         menu-complete
bindkey "$terminfo[kcbt]" reverse-menu-complete

However nothing changes after using them. Anything that I am missing?

It seems that moving the settings to the end of my .zshrc solved the issue.
