[FR]: Don't switch to the downloads tab

Brief description of the feature request

I frequently download media files from RSS Guard, which causes it to opens and/or switches to the download tab with each download. In my opinion, this behavior is not useful, and very quickly becomes annoying.

So, I would like to suggest that it shouldn't switch to the downloads tab, either by default or as an option.

P.S.: Additionally and vaguely related, but without wanting to make it part of the main issue, I would like to mention that it would be interesting to be able to switch between tabs with control+NUMBER, or close tabs with control+W; common shortcuts in browsers and apps.
