The frequency of the CPU is displayed wrong, it's much bigger

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Click "Save and run" on the app
Frequency appears wrong

I expected for the screen to display around 4-5 GHz, instead it display around 16-64 GHz

Turing 3.5"
v3.9.1 of the app
Windows 11
Ryzen 5 9600X

I also tried different themes, they display the same weird frequency
