5.3.0 image-build failed, image non-existent in registry, database schema newer than container

This is not a bug or vulnerability per-se, rather a friendly request to restart the build pipeline for 5.3.0.

It seems that retrieval of some library failed due to a 500 error (Line 1245).

Upon further inspection, it seems like this must've been a temporary hickup, as the library downloads correctly when retrieving manually.

This state is currently preventing us from updating our deployed instances, as the database schema was already updated but the container image cannot be retrieved.

We will build the image locally in the meantime.
