Add a Search Feature in the Goal Report for Easier Navigation

Description:

Currently, the Goal Report in Matomo does not have a search feature, making it difficult for users to find specific goals when they have a long list of defined goals. As a workaround, users have to use Ctrl+F to manually search for goal names, which is not an efficient or user-friendly solution.

Adding a search or filter functionality would significantly improve usability, allowing users to quickly find and analyze specific goals.

Steps to reproduce:
Navigate to Goals > Overview in Matomo.
If multiple goals are defined, try to find a specific one.
Notice that there is no built-in search functionality, forcing users to manually scan the list or use Ctrl+F.

What I got:
Users have no search/filter option in the Goal Report, making it difficult to navigate long lists of goals.

What I expected instead:
A search bar or filter option to quickly locate a specific goal within the Goal Report.

Proposed Solution:
Add a search bar within the Goal Report allowing users to search by goal name.
Optionally, provide filters based on goal attributes (e.g., conversion type, traffic source).
Ensure the feature is optimized for large datasets to maintain performance.
