Improvements to report management

We manage several hundred websites in our Matomo installation, most of which receive e-mail reports. Managing these is quite inconvenient because only the SuperUser who created them can see the reports. It would be desirable if all SuperUsers could be included in the administration.
Furthermore, it is very time-consuming to create each report. It would be desirable if a standardized report could be defined in one place, which could then be used for all appearances.
