This is a feature requesting support for using caddy and/or frankenphp as the application container for matomo, replacing apache and php-fpm.

Caddy is a high performance general purpose webserver written in go with a growing community. Some online benchmarks show it on par or even exceeding nginx in terms of performance:

Frankenphp is an application server that uses caddy and has its own built in php engine, allowing for matomo to be run in a more modern, stable, performant environment.
Being able to run matomo in frankenphp could open a door to easier containerization (think: kubernetes) more performant tracking and web interfaces.
