Persist User Selection for Bulk Actions Across Searches

Description:
Currently, when selecting users for bulk actions in Matomo and then performing a search, the previous selections are cleared. This means that users cannot select individuals across multiple searches, which makes bulk actions less efficient when working with a large user list.

Expected Behavior

• Selections should persist when a new search is performed, allowing users to select individuals across multiple searches before applying bulk actions.

Current Behavior

• Selecting users for bulk actions works only within the current search results.
• When a new search is performed, all previous selections are lost, requiring users to manually search and reselect.

Suggested Improvement

• Implement a way to persist selected users across searches.
• Optionally, allow selecting users by multiple search patterns.
