Update the aws sdk to 1.9 version

the aws sdk 1.9 release removed v1 classes and alternator can no start with the given classpath

I had to copy the source code for the previously deprecated classes that are now removed from AWS SDK 1.9
I obtained them from the GitHub repository for the AWS SDK, using older release tag 1.7.13
