We broke this because the options are different on the new BSP, for consistency with SAMD.

Squash of some individual steps: fix #45 

* Curious problem; local works, but github breaks

* Fix typo

* Check directory after install

* Will adding 32-bit libs fix this?

* need sudo to do the install?

* 32-bit tools cause weird probs, try disabling DFU suffix

* Perhaps we have a workaround.
