Transferring GitHub repositories

This step-by-step manual will guide you in transferring your repository to the Medema-Group GitHub organization.

  1. Ask Marnix to add you as a member to the Medema-Group
  2. Go to the Settings tab of your repository
  3. Navigate to the bottom of the Settings, to the Danger Zone
  4. Click on Transfer ownership
  5. At New owner, click on Select one of my organizations, and select medema-group
  6. Confirm and transfer
  7. Ask Marnix to give you maintainer or administrator rights with the transferred repository
