Win 2019 installation cannot proceed

I followed all steps to install win 2019 to my VPS with Debian.
But after the installation of Windows I have this error and the system need to be restarted every time.
How I can solve? I Did I do something wrong?

SOLVED
Was the iso which generated the error.
I used the link generated from official Microsoft page 180 days evaluation and now works.
