Xfce Settings Setup Guide

A step-by-step guide to configure the Xfce settings used in this setup.

Reboot your system after installation before starting this guide.


Settings Manager

Open Settings Manager to begin configuration.

Step 1: Appearance

Navigate to Settings Manager → Appearance and select the Lavanda Dark Compact Tokyo theme.

Step 2: Panel Configuration

This is where the magic happens. Configure your panel to match the refined layout.

Part A: Go to Settings Manager → Panel → Back up and restore

Part B: Select Import and navigate to ~/.config/xfce4/panel/Miserable_xfce.tar.bz2 then apply.

The application sidebar and system status buttons are configured as launcher items. Import additional configs from ~/.config/xfce4/panel/ as needed for your setup.


Step 3: Window Manager

Navigate to Settings Manager → Window Manager and select the Circles theme.

Your Xfce environment is now fully configured and ready to experience the complete workflow.
