instant-meilisearch: field not passed?

I think there are some fields that aren't being passed to meilisearch.  In particular, 

```json
      "rankingScoreThreshold": 0.01,
      "highlightPreTag": "ais-highlight",
      "highlightPostTag": "ais-highlight"
```

the rankingScoreThreshold is missing.
