Report OMP_PROC_BIND, hwloc-bind...

Report some of the thread & memory binding command being used.

We might want to report :

• OMP_PROC_BIND
• OMP_PLACES
• GOMP_CPU_AFFINITY
• KMP_AFFINITY

Possibly we might want also to report if some or the parent processes are from (and with their arguments):

• hwloc-bind
• numactl
