Describe the bug
Rendering fails when loading multiple charts with different themes at the same time.

To Reproduce
Link to Live Editor:
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open more than one tabs with https://mermaid.live/
Create or load sample graph
Toggle theme in one tab, 'default' -> 'dark' or 'dark' -> 'default'
Close browser
Reopen browser, all tabs will be loaded at the same time
All tabs show empty SVG except the tab which changed theme

Expected behavior
All charts should show.

Thanks for the detailed report!
It should have been fixed by 393a5f6

Can you please check if it's fixed now?
