Do not use `setup.py install`

The `setup.py install` command is deprecated for many years now.  In addition, it stopped to work with setuptools 80.0.0.  Please consider to use different approach [here](https://github.com/mesonbuild/meson/blob/14cf183194768449e571fc6e5b7e20f10afde30f/run_meson_command_tests.py#L144).
