When I invoked "Feed", I saw:

Since ListenBrainz is self-hosted on MetaBrainz's own servers, sometimes it is possible that under load or when you refresh feed a lot, this message may appear. It is normal but we will look into this regardless.

@07jasjeet, I recall seeing it immediately after invoking the application. I did recently re-connect Last.FM via OAuth, though. I've solely seen the banner once (not since).
