Is a documentation website needed? We could use GitBook.

Hi @Akryum, I found this issue a bit late. Your documentation in Github and project examples is great, but funny story that I started creating a GitBook that can be used for Vue users who want to try Meteor as a back-end to complete their full stack. I would like to keep this GitBook open source and eventually encourage the community to help improve it. It will feature some and then probably all of your packages. It will assume that someone has no previous Meteor experience. I think the easier we can make it, the more success it will have in helping new devs.
