ci: fix doubled workflow name in result job display (#744)

## Summary

- Remove redundant workflow-name prefix from `result` job `name:` fields
in `ci.yml`, `lint.yml`, and `security.yml`
- GitHub Actions composes display names as `<workflow name> / <job
name>`, so naming a job `CI / Result` inside the `CI` workflow produced
`CI / CI / Result`
- Jobs now display as `CI / Result`, `Lint / Result`, and `Security /
Result`
