Extend the repository's changelog and versioning pattern (currently used for reference_architectures) to include this implementation guide:

• Create CHANGELOG.md specific to the Azure Function integration guide
• Implement semantic versioning for the guide
• Set up automated changelog generation based on conventional commits
• Ensure version tracking for both the function app code and Terraform modules
• Align with existing repository patterns for consistency
