Steps to reproduce
I'm using Win+Shift+Q as a keyboard shortcut for CmdPal. I've enabled a keyboard manager and the editor, noticed that it uses the same keyboard shortcut and cleared it.
Win+Shift+Q still opened the new Keyboard Manager editor.
