[BREAKING] DevUI cannot connect to backend

I run the DevUI sample for .NET but the UI is not connecting successfully to the backend.
It checks for https://localhost:50516/meta endpoint, but neither MapEntities, MapOpenAIConversations or MapOpenAIResponses is producing such endpoint as /meta.

I pulled your branch and I run again my agents and workflows with OpenAI and Azure OpenAI credentials as well.
It worked nicely.
I'm happy I can do the demo tomorrow in a meetup.

Hopefully the improved UX (workflow messages in an execution timeline) also makes the demo better!
