Discussion: Cross-Chain Intent Protocol for Autogen Agents

We at Kuberna Labs (https://github.com/kawacukennedy/kuberna-labs) are building cross-chain intent capabilities for autonomous agents.

Autogen agents could benefit from a cross-chain intent protocol that enables:

1. Multi-chain transaction execution
2. Cross-chain coordination between agent teams
3. Access to liquidity and services across different blockchains

We have implemented a cross-chain intent engine supporting Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base, and Solana, using standards compatible with ERC-7683.

We would like to discuss:

1. Interest in cross-chain capabilities for Autogen
2. How intents could fit into Autogen's multi-agent workflow model
3. Potential integration approaches

@kawacukennedy Cross-chain intent execution is an interesting use case for agent decision routing. The core problem — "given multiple possible actions (chains), which one to execute and when" — is exactly what HeartFlow's decision router was built for.

HeartFlow routes decisions through 19 rules across 4 dimensions:

• Field tracking (U/D/A/H) — tracks coherence across execution paths
• Confidence gating — only executes when confidence > 0.7
• Self-healing RL — learns from failed cross-chain attempts and adjusts routing
• Verification loop — verifies execution results before accepting

For multi-chain agent workflows specifically, the key challenge is atomicity: if agent A executes on Ethereum but agent B fails on Solana, what happens to A's transaction? HeartFlow handles this with a "decision rollback" pattern — the verification layer can trigger compensating actions when a multi-step workflow partially fails.
