[Hubs] Ability to view AKS Cost breakdown by namespace

📝 Scenario

I have a customer that is looking to be able to breakdown AKS costs at the namespace level in FinOps Hub reporting. This will require access to the data provided by enabling Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) cost analysis via an API or export. (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/aks/cost-analysis). As of now, this information is only available in the portal/manual download.

💎 Solution

Work with AKS team to replicate what they did with Cost Management.

Customer stated that having the ability to tag AKS namespace objects for cost reporting would be beneficial.
