[TSP] hover stops working after some time

• Pylance trunk
• Pyrefly 0.63.1
• Type server set to Pyrefly

Repro Steps

• pytorch / torchrec project
• reload window, hover works
• wait ~5 minutes
• hover stops working, go-to def still works

The TSP trace does not show anything on hover. Closing/reopening window and reloading window fixes this.
