Is there a way to build libcurl suport SSLKEYLOGFILE?

I tried vcpkg install libcurl[openssl]:x86-windows-static

then test it use a demo

after setup SSLKEYLOGFILE environment variable, I run this demo, it did not output to logfile, but some other program had output some key into log file.
Should I install libcurl with other flags? Or my demo code is wrong?
