Remove assert_matches conditional compilation helpers once Stable Rust >= 1.96.0 #615
Description
Remove the conditional compilation helpers in wdk-build/build.rs and wdk-build/lib.rs for assert_matches! once Rust Version 1.96.0 becomes the Stable Rust version.
This aligns with the goal of loosely providing support for N-1 Stable toolchains.
