I'm using the new compiled OpenSees 3.6.0 64-bit for Windows and when trying to use Tcllib via "package require ..." I get this error:
Invalid command name "::tcl::tm::UnknownHandler"
Even if I point OpenSees to the right place where local libraries are trough auto_path, still does not work. Do I need to build OpenSees to solve this or is there a way around it using the compiled version?

Hi everyone,
I'm using the new compiled OpenSees 3.6.0 64-bit for Windows and when trying to use Tcllib via "package require ..." I get this error:
Invalid command name "::tcl::tm::UnknownHandler"
Even if I point OpenSees to the right place where local libraries are trough auto_path, still does not work. Do I need to build OpenSees to solve this or is there a way around it using the compiled version?
Many thanks for your help
Miguel
