I've tried your pull request in Windows Sandbox instance. The package can't be installed unattended with your configuration.

Yeah, I also tested installing with /S, and it reported illegal installation path.

My first PR contains DefaultInstallLocation: \ , maybe I should change it to DefaultInstallLocation: 'C:\Program Files (x86)\mCloud'?

DefaultInstallLocation only helps WinGet with matching a package with an installed application. It doesn't affect installation.
