AWS ElasticSearch bulk uploading

It'd be great if we could pre-sign requests to allow esbulk to be used easily with AWS ElasticSearch.

Interesting idea. I did not have a use case for it and cannot implement / test it at the moment, but I am open to PRs anytime.
