Description
The VRA-XML allows us to make statement about the metadata itself. This is done using, for example, some of the global attributes like dataDate, rules, and vocab.
Most of this data seems like it will be lost in VRA-RDF using the ontology in its current version.
Was there a plan built into the ontology that we do not see?
