Hello!

Would it be okay if you just change the:

'SELECT name FROM "SequelizeMeta" ORDER BY name desc limit 1'

to:

"SELECT name FROM SequelizeMeta ORDER BY name desc limit 1"

in getLastMigrationState.ts file?

I saw this bug before if this solves the problem I have to make a separate repository and maintained the MYSQL migration generator there or you can wait till the implementation of CLI feature
